I would Prefer an Older property, A regular 3 bed, within easy access of Exeter , in a small Town/Large Villiage (with shops ) But still near the Coast.
( from Lyme regis to Newton Abbot )

- My Ideal property is the type of similar aged house to mine - with 3 bedrooms ( 1 being small ) 1 living room, large kitchen , with an outhouse/brick shed/larder .

I Will consider Bungalows,
I Will also consider Unusual properties In old buildings , aswell as shared gardens.

Im not fussed about having a new bathroom and kitchen - I would prefer older bathroom and original features.
Would like a garden - A sunny aspect is more important than the actual size of garden .

Near a train station on the line to Exeter. ( by walking /short bus ride or under a 10 min drive )
Within Walking distance to a Town or Large villiage.
And Near the Sea.
