I have a large 2 bedroom flat in central Brighton.

Each bedroom is a double bedroom.

• Bright south facing lounge with door onto large balcony, you can sit outside with tables and chairs and eat amongst the plants.
• Gallery kitchen with two large built in storage cupboards fits washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave oven.
• Separate toilet for everybody’s convenience
• 2 Bedrooms each can comfortable fit double beds with space for wardrobes.
• Entrance hallway with terracotta floor wet area by front door that is ideal for wet children and dogs.

Flat is cheap to run as:

• Has full gas central heating,
• Gas hot water with new condenser boiler fitted this year
• Choice of gas or electrical cooking
• Double glazing though out the flat

The flat is decorated to high standards, clean and well looked after.

It has a great location being very central, safe, and quite at the same time. Close to shops in London road, 5 minuets, with three supermarkets and a new Sainsbury being built, North Lanes is also very close. They are views to St Peters Church, but no bell ringing to wake you up on a Sunday.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE IN LONDON

A place in Zone 1 top of my list would be Vauxhall, Pimlico, Soho, Covent Garden, Kings Cross, London Bridge but anywhere in zone 1 will consider Zone 2 if good transport routes/border of zone 1/extra special/has garage or garden

2 Bedroom must be able to fit double bed in second bedroom.

The kitchen is large enough to put in washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher.

Area must be safe and prefer quite but know in Central London that not always possible.

Central Heating though out property.

Near amenities and transport.

Garden, garage or 3rd Bedroom will always grab by attention as well.

I need to move to London for study and work.
