i have a 3 bed semi on the newry saffron lane estate gch new windows and massive back garden with 6 ft fencing all round..2 downstairs rooms so one could be used as an extra bedroom or dining room.... neutrally decorated throughout laminated flooring in both downstairs rooms and new pine doors throughout the house laminate floor in all 3 bedrooms and wooden lean to at the side of the house ive been using for freezer and tumble dryer.(small kitchen) but its wooden so can be took down very easily...off road parking for 1 car and im literally 1 minute away from bus route to town centre local shops and new school catering for kids in age from 3 through to 16 lovely friendly neighbours... we have just decided its time to move. my kids are getting older now so maybe its time to downsize
i am open to offers and will consider most areas but would love to move to wigston,blaby,countersthorpe,cosby,whetstone,or knighton but like i said will consider other areas for the right house...im not fussy if the house needs decorating providing it is livable and clean..must have central heating and own garden and a minimum of 3 bedrooms off road parking would be a bonus but not essential..feel free to email me anytime and i will try and send some pictures but cant promise as my camera is rubbish..feel free to ask any questions and email me with your details i can only say yes or no
