hi, I have a good size 2 bed flat on the 2nd floor of a building consisting of 16 flats in total. There is a lift, 2 good size bedrooms, separate toilet/bath,kitchen, lounge & lots of storage space in the hallway cupboards. We have car parking to the front & rear of the property & a large communal garden which backs onto a lovely park. Transport is frequent with buses to Bromley & Croydon shopping centres & Trains to London Bridge, East/West Croydon & Sutton are only 5 mins walk away. Also are local shops & supermarkets.Schools are closeby & we have a gd range of primary & secondary schools. I am looking to swap for a 3 Bed House with Garden, Due to an expanding family i need the extra space & to be closer to my parents
