I live in a quiet village but have easy access to both Arbroath and Montrose where bigger shops and supermarkets are available. There are frequent buses.
The house has two good sizes bedrooms and a large bathroom, a through lounge, seperate kitchen. There is a small enterance hall before you enter the main hallway.
There is a storage cupboard in the hall and also outside the back door.
I have a low maintenace nice size garden which is half patio and half grassed, a small fence seperates the two and situated at the bottom end is a summer house which i might leave.
The house has been recentley decorated and is kept in very good condition.
There are two steps at the front door and back door, with a railing. Could be easily changed if required.
My parents retired to this house and had many happy years here, suitable for all ages. It is a lovely location and i wouldn't leave but Im due to get married.
