I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house in the sunny somerset, Weston super Mare a lovely seaside town great for the family.
All the rooms are big 2 double sized bedrooms, 1 medium single bedroom, large kitchen/diner, seperate lounge, downstairs w.c., upstairs large bathroom/toilet, large stoned shed with 3 lockable doors for lots of storage or can hold motorbikes, lawned back area all enclosed by 6ft fencing, and a stoned area at the back for play area, small front garden with cherry apple blossom tree in the centre of lawned area, front garden has hedges and a small garden gate we have had a brand new front door and back door fitted and new lockable windows, its fitted with double glazing and centrally heated throughout. Attic space available too.
20 mins walk from the town and seafront there are senior and primary schools within 5 mins walk, also doctors surgery and local shops and also Asda, currys, Pc world, iceland, pets at home, comet and lots more 3 mins walk.
